They might not, I'm not sure. But they only seem to be counting physical releases, not digital ones, so I think they're only counting things that they are publishing or distributing at retail themselves and not every single thing they're developing.

Yeah would make sense.
Digital releases really don't seem to be on there or else they would've included The Cave for WiiU on top of the US and EU releases of Sonic All-Stars Racing.
Which means that there are 2 360 games left, that don't release in Japan and are (most likely) multiplat. So these would probably release on WiiU as well.
PS3 gets something extra (a Yakuza Western release is certainly a possibility)
