sigh, i named two in the OP and i said this isnt about UC2, but here are some examples. Tomb Raider, Resident evil 6, splinter cell black list, Assassin's creed, remember me.

Like I said, Uncharted 2 upped the level of polish and immersion that people expect in a big budget game.  But not every game (like movies) can be a summer blockbuster.  That's probably what they are referring to.  Uncharted 2 was very well put together, especially when compared to UC1

It was also probably my favorite in the series, although the boat sink scene was something in UC3.
