There is absolutely no information available to give you a reasonable answer. You'll either get overly hyped people saying yes based purely on faith or overly negative people challenging that Uncharted 2 had any meaningful change on the whole industry.
My personal answer is no, because I doubt a game at the very end of the generation could be that important in the design of future games.
