If it weren't speculation, it would be on the front page of Joystiq, Kotaku, Destructoid, 1up, and IGN in giant red lettering right now. You wouldn't need to do extensive searches around the corner of the web -- if this is ever officially announced, this would be a big deal, and wouldn't be relegated to second hand, second tier sites.
