What system or Game has sold less than what you expected it to in the past?

Metroid Prime 3. There seemed to be a lot of hype for that game, and the previous entries had been fantastic, but their sales limited by the small gamecube base. I expected it to be a turning point for the Metroid franchise. The sales did surprise me, but in retrospect it makes sense.
