I don't have a problem with difficulty modes put into other games that I enjoy...that is fine..But DS is different because difficulty and punishment are the core elements...Its like if I hated cinematics and story and just wanted to play the game to ask the Heavy Rain Creators to get rid of the cinematics and story in a gameplay only mode in heavy rain so I can enjoy it lol....
My high horse? Are you aware and presistant? Did you enjoy Dark Souls? Exatcly. If you aren't presistant you can't beat dark souls legitly and thus you can't fully enjoy it. Aka Not a game for everyone...and its not advertised to be.
Barozi didn't get far because he was timid with losing everything. but he understands that with an easy mode he prob wouldn't have enjoyed it anyway becasue that is the main point of it.
