Might as well make it 16, school is finished by then, tax must be paid if you work. You can start to learn to drive.
But i think first past the post and electoral college should be abolished before lowering the voting age again. More people might bother to vote and educate themselves if they had more choice and not just two sides of the corporate coin to choose from.
