They never said that. Their worry is whether their product is even of value on the Wii U home console. They'll still support the DS I'm sure. Phone gaming market is doing very well right now, so a cheap game can bring back tons of profit for them.


Actually, EA has released more games for the Wii U in the past year than they have for the 3DS:
