Who do you trust on this site? And is there merit behind predictions?

Honestly, safe from a few exceptions I don't distrust anyone, there really is no need.

What do you mean meta threads?  Metacritic?

No, meta threads are threads about the website/whatever happens on the website itself, as opposed to threads which are about events happening outside of the page (all the trailers and gaming news stuff posted in the forums, for example)^^
