Bad move for Sony keeping up in this genre if PS3 rumor is true. MS is likely going for a new Forza game for next box launch and with the limitations of the PS3 compared to the next Xbox, (possible 8 gb of ram) Forza will likely run over it.
Sure the diehard GT fans will buy GT6, but from a media standpoint, what do you think will get more media coverage? Another GT on the PS3 with similar graphics, or a new Forza that will look better and possibly review better. MS is probably hoping Sony puts GT6 on PS3 so they can market a new Forza as the new and better looking racing sim. It's just my opinion, but I think Sony is missing a great opportunity of puting GT back in the number one drivers seat as far as media and reviewers go.
