Well in theory yes, but technology is not perfect.
No TV can mix the perfect color yet due to limitations of the light wavelengths generated by LEDs (OLEDs) and the videosignals today do not support life like color depth, the information for perfect colors are just not transmitted to the TV. Just few formats carry all the information. A Bluray for example is missing color depth even if the source material was recorded at native colors but its not transmitted on the disk and the signal itself from player to TV can not carry the information aswell.
Basically TVs today are just Color Ready not Full Color.
