Why not Give the Investor's the Heads up?
they may take A Hit to the stock, but Sony's been downgraded to Junk status already, further lowering will most likely happen until Sony start's cutting large chunks of their TV section off. As a Matter of fact the further reduction makes it easy for the people in charge to make the cuts they Need, because the stock value with keep getting down graded until someone who will makes those cuts do so.
that's why never take your company public in my opinion.
