I don't get these stand-alone Android console devices. They are missing the market shift. People not TVs are the new centre of the gaming universe. Tying Android exclusively to a TV is a step in the wrong direction.
A phone or tablet that also allows me to play on TV (Galaxy S4, iPhone 5S) as well as on the go (and have one save file) makes infinitely more sense and saves me the cost of paying for another device.
