Well, yeah, of course it looks that way because it's from a first person point of view. But you're actually locked on to the cover.

There are others that use it, too, but most of them seem to like going into third person view when you take cover.

I know Deus Ex does that. Buy its difficult to call the game an FPS. More of an action/RPG.
