Capcom: DmC "posted solid sales", Capcom still using outsourcing

I actually started playing DmC this week, has anyone else run into an invisible enemy glitch? The actual enemy locks up then you target and keep getting attacked from nowhere. Gameplay wise that is the oddity.
Still playing, but this Dante can be really grating, not my kind of character.
