Exactly.
You didn't work and receive more lol but that ok here because it is mandatory by the law... the companies have become accustomed... they hate more the ammount of taxes paid out of the employee salary... it close to another salary that go to government... if I receive R$2000 the company have to pay close to R$4000 because all the taxes paid to government.
If you get fired then the company have to pay close to 10 times your salary to fire you lol.
It is all in the law.
