Here the 13rd mandatory by law if you have more than 20 hours per week job.

There are others bonus too like my company that have a bonus called PLR paid half in September and half in April... and another bonus that you receive per efficiency (you have a score and if you do more than you job require you have a bonus) paid in March.

In vacation you receive more 1/3 of the salary... so if you receive R$3000 then in the 30 days vacation you receive R$4000.
