ah so according to the ignoramus who wrote this article the creativity, originality, thoughtfulness or what have you of a game lies predominantly or entirely on the age rating of that game if i interpreted what was said correctly
i think that if that is what is implied then that has to be the stupidest thing i've read all week
edit: i'm not trying to use this as anecdotal evidence or anything but when i actually think about it most of the "brain dead" "annualised games" i can think of are actually E rated:
madden, need for speed, nba, tiger woods golf, fifa etc etc etc
