If the rumors are true, what'll be the graphical difference between 720 & PS4?

Same as PS360... virtually none. At least in the greater majority of games, i.e. multiplats.

First party you'll see PS4 with likely subtle areas where people will argue one is clearly superior to the other. But basically, the right answer will be that they are statistically identical.
