Can I ask what the "lacklustre ports" is referring to? Is it just FIFA & Madden?
I was under the impression that the majority of games which were ported to Wii-U were as good if not better than their original version; EA Games games (NFS & Mass Effect) included.
To answer the question, though, I don't buy any games at full price (£40) anymore unless they're something really, really special. Late ports would be no exception.
Late ports of games that I didn't already own but wanted to, however, I would consider picking up once the price was right. Just like I picked up New Little King's Story & Need for Speed on Vita. Assuming PS4 would be my next gen system of choice, which I think it will be.
If this actually happened though, I'd have to question wtf Sony were doing. One generation worth of inferior ports is bad enough.
