Microsoft is the big one for me, but EA and Capcom have made me bitter too.

CAPCOM - Lost Planet 2 and Resident Evil 6. I understand RE5's racism complaints which eventually made the game a co-op game, with 1/3rd as many zombies (and hispanic zombies.....in Africa), but RE6 and Lost Planet 2 were just terrible, and Lost Planet 1/RE4 were amazing.

EA - Porsche Licencing restrictions prevented Porsche from appearing in GT5 all together, and they came really late in Forza 4. For what? So we can use them in the crappy NFS: Most Wanted? If you're going to restrict Porsche, make a good sim already.

Plus I ordered games on Black Friday, and they never shipped/charged me for them, and when I called about it, they wouldn't resell those games at the discounted price I originally bought them at. Never paid, but now I'm glad I didn't.

Microsoft -It's not the "milking" of franchises that's made me bitter, but how they are selling them out. Halo used to be a quality FPS when Bungie was around, but Halo 4 and a new "trilogy" feels tacked on. The new enemy just came out of nowhere and feels like a joke. Plus multiplayer feels less polished then in Halo: Reach (Why aren't my offline single player commedations recorded?).

Plus Forza Motorsport 4 doesn't improve upon Forza Motorsport 3 at all, so it feels like a cash grab, and Forza DLC is way overpriced.

Also XBLG, I didn't play online before, and when I did Silver Accounts could play online on select games (Halo 3 and Lost Planet), but now I do play online, and I hate how there are no 1 month, or even 10 hour options.

Also achievements, 1st party games seem to make achievements which require Kinect, XBLG subscriptions, or purchasing games new, and Map pack DLC is really poorly designed (except for Gears). So it makes me feel like the are trying to drain me for as much money as they can, and I don't like it.

Plus, reliability. I got an extended warrenty knowing the poor reliability of 1st gen systems, but then MS extended their warrenty to 3 years, and all RRoD problems had to be "fixed" by them and not Best Buy. MS never "fixed" my 360, and never sent me a more reliable HDMI model, but in the end, I bitched to Best Buy and they gave me a new arcade model (just after the slim released). So MS pissed me off there, and now my 360 is slowly breaking and...the gen isn't over. I hate this planned obselence.

----

Nintendo and Sony have gotten a much more positive taste after this gen. I was turned off Sony because my systems would break just before new gens came out, and I felt Sony implemented some model of planned obselence, but I'm willing to give them a 4th shot now. I just won't get a first gen model. As for Nintendo, I was originally not going to get a Wii, but some really good late life exclusives changed my mind. I bought my Wii for Pikmin 3, and I know it's a Wii U title now, but XenoBlade, Zelda, and Metroid Prime made me happy. Plus Golden Sun and Pokemon Black/White made me love portable games again.

What??? No Porsche in GT5??? EA is definitely the most evil company of the world US
