At least Fifa and Need for Speed are.
And Fifa has the football monopoly on PSVita, there's no PES on it.
If we look at the sales:
Madden Wii > Madden Vita.
Fifa Wii > Fifa Vita.
Fifa 3DS > Fifa PSP.
So it has to be that or the games unreleased on Nintendo systems.
