It's huge in the UK. It's just uncommon in Germany because your government refuses to accept the usefulness of anything that isn't renewable, as we can see from their ridiculous stance on nuclear power.

Where? i have not seen one fracking area, maybe they are all hidden in the countryside. I've only seen a mock fracking area done by greenpeace and that's about it

But to be honest, i would rather us adopt what Germany does than contaminate our green lands and clean rivers. Anything is better than fracking
