I have two first names on my passport and other ID's. I'd get the check in my unused name, open a bank account in that name, then transfer it to my usual accounts. A fake mustache, chin putty and a wig will take care of the mandatory picture. (Since in Quebec, you have to take a picture when you win) We don't pay taxes on lottery winnings and its a lump sum, not an annuity.
