Like I said in another thread: Daughter of Kratos and Aphrodite (from GoWIII), Athena wants to kill her as revenge on Kratos for not handing over the power of hope from Pandora's box. Aphrodite hid her in Egypt and she took on the name Nephratiti. This is the story of how she became Queen of Egypt and overcame all the Egyptian Gods.
I like that Kratos sacrificed himself and I don't want that moment to be cheapened by him not really dying.
