I found Sleeping Dogs to bring enough content on an open-world sandbox to not make me bored and actually feel fresh! That's a gem of a game.
I found Oblivion enjoyable. Haven't tried Skyrim, but I'm sure it will be enjoyable too. However, the crown goes to New Vegas. Less map, but waaay more content than Oblivion. (Fallout 3 as well, but I like the "hardcore" challenge present in New Vegas more). I think I've sunk almost 100 hours in New Vegas, alone. Over 200 if we count Fallout 3 as well.
