not necessarily.  You need carbs, you just need them at specific times of the day.  Not at night though which is when most drink.

You need fat too...

When you're out drinking, it's very likely that you're doing it late at night and by then you've already got all the carbs your body needs through eating food. Beer will be nothing but fattening for you then.

Healthy fat.  There is a differnce in fats.  i could probably find an article for you but yeah you do need fat.  it is an energy source.  problem is people over consume everything and things like fat are in most foods.  Most of the time bad fats too.


Completely agree with you about drinking though.
