I try to post them up during the weekends when news are slow anyways :) 

My opinions on weight loss is to know what you are doing and keep pushing forward.

1.  Fullbody workouts 3x a week

2.  HiiT 2x a week

3.  Follow a diet and know your macros.

Those three things will get you results.
