I would guess it will because it transferred to Vita. I'm hoping for + to cover all the extra Gaikai features at the same cost since I'm subscribed till late 2014. Even if not it's worth it on PS3 alone. I've kept a ton of games that I enjoy (probably $200 worth) and it's introduced me to games I wouldn't have tried otherwise that I really enjoyed (the Cave, Darksiders, Counter Strike was discounted, and Quantum Conundrum just to name a few) and I've only had it since August. Gonna pick up Sleeping Dogs on it and platinum that which will give me a good 30 hours of entertainment after this Tuesday.
