I Am Alive actually started as a full blown retail "Next generation" title. It encountered some massive development hurdles I understand, and went very quiet for a couple of years before eventually coming out as an XBLA/PSN release.

Cloudberry Kingdom could well be one of the games, but from the tone of the interview, they were referring to full blown physical releases not just PSN titles. But looking at how many places don't seem to be stocking physical Vita games now, if Sony doesn't pull a rabbit out of the hat at E3, Vita may well end up being digital only.
