Regenerating health in an open world game is, in my opinion, much better than having to find health packs and such. I don't really mind it at all.
Oh and also, this picture blows my mind. Look at the draw distance. I just can't understand how they managed to make an open world game so big and still have that incredible draw distance. This city is going to be fun as hell to explore.
