Well there are at least 4 divisions in Sony that can be called "eletronics"... using the last report (Q3 FY2012) I guess that:

IP&S (cameras): profit
Games (PlayStation): profit
MP&C (phones): loss (or maybe profit due the strong Xperia sales)
HE&S (tv, home theather, sound, etc): loss for sure
Devices (semicondutors, components, etc): loss

That what I can guess.
