He was talking about landsize, not population. First Russia, then Canada.

 

Let's be a little more specific... By population China is the biggest, with around 1,3-1,4 billion population, second biggest is India, with population around 1,1-1,2 billion, third biggest is USA, with 300 million population. By landsize, Russia is biggest, followed by Canada as second and USA as third (can't remember the land sizes). But who knows what are fourth ones in both categories

brazil is 5th in both
