Who plans on downloading XNA and playing around because of XBLA Community?

My only concern is about the rights for these games. I mean, imagine one guy comes up with a revolutionary idea, will he be able to actually profit from it, or will Microsoft make you agree to a special provision where you transfer all property rights to the firm ?
