Analysts don't issue buy/sell ratings to help people who see them on the internet buy or sell. That's not even the point of a stock analyst. They give those ratings away for free because they want to influence the market with it to make money for their paying clients.
If I could be bothered to gamble on the stock market I'd short MS. I don't see how their market position could improve.
