The negativity is mostly based off of the rumors of the always online and blocking used game "features." If they are true then the negativity is 100% warranted. I will never buy a console that blocked used games regardless of how many quality games it has.
But, they are still just rumors for now. We'll have to wait and see next month during the big reveal if MS is indeed that foolish, somehow I don't think they will be.
