I'm going to go with whatever Retro is working on.
Mario will look amazing but I have no doubt the techies will be saying, "Oh the lighting is really simple, the physics are really basic, the enemy AI is nonexistent..." All of that will likely be true, but it'll still look fantastic.
I doubt Nintendo is putting enough effort into Wind Waker to make it look like an exceptional HD game. I don't think it'll push the hardware, just look very very nice.
