You can't blame people for focusing on the negative more than the positive. That's just how the media in general works. There's no conspiracy against Microsoft if that's what some of you think. I see a subscription fee as a negative. If it makes you feel any better, the Gaikai features on the PS4 would also be half-positives. Great features but would most likely require a subscription fee.(plus a fast internet connection)

Different strokes for different folks. I don't see Gaikai as anything at all. I would never pay money for streaming backwards compatibility.
