That's a half-positive. You do know DVR tech is expensive right? It usually comes with a monthly subscription fee.
Then there's the question if every single Xbox 720 will come with DVR tech or only the one with 2year contracts. Again, we don't have the final details and this feature has been overshadowed by the more negatives ones.
You can't blame people for focusing on the negative more than the positive. That's just how the media in general works. There's no conspiracy against Microsoft if that's what some of you think. Quoting a mod does not make you more credible :)
Also, this quote explain why there is a lot of hate, not why you keep arguing with people who choose ro put more weight on positive rumors or do nor take the negative rumors as seriously as you are. And honnestly, only people who are actually not interrested in MS's next console seem to be that one sided.

A mod posted that, no it doesn't make me any more credible but I dont' need to be. I'm not claiming to have any inside sources or work for any company.
The quote I posted proves this thread wrong. The negativity isn't irrational, it isn't unfounded. There are reasons for it. These are rumors and most people know that. That doesn't give anyone the right to brush these rumors off as fiction and bash people who think these rumors might turn out to be true. An intelligent, well thought-out response is all it takes to counter the negativity.
