No he hasn't, actually, and even if he had it would have nothing to do with this thread, so kindly keep your private feud private.

And Somini (and this goes for all of your as well): posting "Reported" when you report somebody has literally zero positive consequences and a whole host of negative ones, not least the fact that you make the user resent you. Reporting is anonymous for a reason.
