Because Capcom wouldn't release a Vita Monster Hunter with no online.  Different expectations from the userbase to be met.  The online Vita experience would also be better due to 3DS not having many of the features Vita does.


I own a Vita and 3DS, I'd only buy a Vita MH.

Yep, that is the reason why Monster Hunter 4 won´t have online play....oh wait !
