It would be nice if there was a Monster Hunter game on Vita, but sometimes not every game comes to every platform. It's been that way for 40 years.
If you love Monster Hunter so much, then you should buy a Wii U or a 3DS.
If you don't care about Monster Hunter, then why complain about its absence on Vita?
If you want MH on Vita just for bragging rights or to boost hardware sales, then I don't know what to tell you. It's not Capcom's job to sell Vita hardware or to secure development deals for Sony.
