Ok, i looked Russia consoles sales numbers.
They are really hard to find, because nobody publish them. So look at my research.

Russia -  largest video game market in Central and Eastern Europe (EA statement).

Videogame market in Russia (2011):
PC and Consoles - $250m.
Online games - $600m.

Hardware console market in Russia:
2011 - ~$192m
2012 - ~$269m

Official launch date in Russia:
Playstation 3 - 20 april of 2007.
Xbox 360 -  1 november of 2007.

Today price (From big retailer M.video):
Playstation 3: 320$-464$ (based on complectation)
Xbox 360: 272$ - 560$ (based on complectation)

Today price (From DNS-Shop retailer):
Playstation 3: 320$-467$ (based on complectation)
Xbox 360: 269$-512$ (based on complectation)

2009:

Xbox 360 - 49% of the last generations consoles market (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii).

2010:

Xbox 360 - 49% of the last generations consoles market in December of 2009 (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii).
Gold Live accounts - 5 digit number.
Fastest selling videogame - Kinect Sport. Sales 3x times estimated numbers. Were reprinted in a rush.

2011:
(Data from Igromir 2011, total for all years):
PS3 - 600,000.
PSP – 1,500,000.
PS2 – 1,100,000.

Best selling PS3 game - Gran Turismo 5 above 75,000 copies.
Killzone 3, LittleBigPlanet 2 and Heavy Rain – above 50,000 copies each.

2011:
(Data from Euroset):
Total sales in 2011 - 600,000 (including portables).
Sony family - 63%.
Microsoft (basically only Xbox 360 unlike Sony) - 17%.
DVTech (lol) - 5%.
Home consoles - 48%.
Portables - 52%.

2012:
(Data from Euroset):
Total sales in 2012 - 1,400,000 consoles sold (including portables, +123% from last year)
Sony family - 42%.
Microsoft (basically only Xbox 360 unlike Sony) - 13%.
DVTech - 10%.
Sega (!) - 7%.
Home consoles - 37%.
Portables - 63%.


Also, no Nintendo numbers because they did not exists (i assume).
