There's really no compelling reason to own one at this time. The games are all rehashed old ones, I have a tablet that probably has more power than the whole WiiU itself and the console as a whole is...floating around with no clear direction.
Lets be clear. ANY games that come out for all three consoles will be superior on ps3/720. Nintendo seems to be flogging the fact that the WiiU can even RUN those games this generation as being a good thing which is not a success in my opinion.
