By a patch you mean breast implants and facelift and DLC you mean a lover by the side to play the same thing but in different scenario?

My bad man but you are speaking Chinese to me in here. lol I played ME2 demo and loved it but have not the chance to play the games, but I plan to. Gears, ME and Castle Crashers were the only games from Micro field which I always wanted to play, two franchises down, one to go.
