I would buy a Nintendo console if they would give me what their handhelds do. Look at the 3DS so far this year. Fire Emblem: Awakening, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner - Soul Hackers, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate. And there's a lot more coming this year.
Nintendo console games come too few and far between, they're not enough to maintain a console a whole year, and third-party support is all but inexistant/lacking.
