Well Sony have said that a lot of the money the will get from the buildings will get invested in Olympos and get used for other expansions so that most likely explain these numbers.
I am not a financial expert, but investing billions of dollars and making billions of profit sound snot logical to me.
Its like when i will buy a new car, make a big holiday vacation and make a child and expect to spare money. That wont work.
So making profit with such investions isnt so a bad thing if you ask me but i say it again i amnot an expert. Thats only my point of view as i see it.
The real question should be will this expansions and investions take fruits in the future? Thats the big question.
