Overrated
-Batman AA
-Skyrim
-GTA IV
-Little Big Planet
-Dragon Age 2, sure the community unanimously hates it but it got good critical reception for a game that was absolutely shit.
Underrated
-Alpha Protocol
-Mafia II
-Fallout NV, Sure it got decent reviews but it since it takes a lot of time to really get into the core of what makes the game so good it is definitely under appreciated by the gaming community. Often compared negatively against Fallout 3.
-GT5, I don't think it gets the credit it deserves as it is an amazing racing sim.
