Ryan, i didn`t read all but what i read has got nothing to do with the Catholic Church. If you want to know what Catholicism is, don`t read that. Read the actual book of Catholicism. There you will find your anwsers.
Just to give an exemple, it isn`t the priest who forgives, it`s Jesus. The same way He exorcises or heals through priests. It`s His work and no one else`s.
Communicating (that`s the term for taking the host) is used as Jesus asked for. And it`s a way for us to be as one with Christ again - due to our sins. Forgiveness comes from repentence and confession, not from communicating.
Those who go to purgatory (not all) didn`t pay in this life for all their sins, despite being worthy of heaven. And if i understood point 6, all our sins can be redeemed through the sacrífice of others. Just like Jesus sacrífice saved us... all of us.
