But seriously, I reckon it's gonna' be more powerful than the PS4... just got this feeling that they'll be like "Derp, we has more money, money = more powerful console!"... or something like that anyway.

Can it be more powerful than the PS4? Sure, but it would push the release to 2014. We've seen the specs and there can't be any major changes to the design. Any changes will be trivial.
